Dr. A.H. McCoy Federal Building Modernization

The American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act (ARRA) has provided $60 million for the modernization of the historic Dr. A. H. McCoy Federal Building. CDFL serves as Associate Architect on the renovation that includes the addition of an entrance pavilion and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and security systems of the 15-story building, built in 1979. Completion of the project is targeted for late 2012, upon which the building is slated to receive LEED® Silver certification from the United States Green Building Council.
