Trustmark National Bank

Ridgeland, MS

Trustmark’s Highland Colony branch location marks the beginning of a new direction in the relationship between the bank and its patrons. The 22,062 square-foot structure is divided into a branch bank and related offices on the first floor and over 10,000 square feet of tenant space on the second floor. In addition to serving as the Madison County Operations Headquarters for the company, the branch bank takes a more informal approach to personal banking with the coversion of the teller line into smaller, more intimate teller stations. Situated along Ridgeland’s fast-growing Highland Colony Parkway, the building features an alternating pattern of pre-cast concrete panels in varying textures and a full-height glazed curtain wall system. The expanses of insulated, low-E glazing provide abundant natural lighting for the offices while protecting against excessive heat gain. A terra cotta tile roof compliments materials used elsewhere on the Parkway corridor.
