CSG Barracks Complex

The Command Support Group Barracks Complex, a competitively won Design-Build project, creates a highly innovative site and facility approach to the Owner’s program. The comprehensive 100-acre campus is the total re-development of an existing barracks site. It totals over 360,000-square feet and encompasses 17 buildings, including multiple barracks, company operations buildings, brigade headquarters buildings, battalion headquarters buildings, a dining hall, and an engineering facility. Focused on the comfort and efficiency of its users, the designs for the barracks and dining facility have been adopted as standards for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District.
