The Quarter

The Quarter Shopping Center provides Jackson, Mississippi with one of the area’s only mixed-use complexes. As one of Jackson’s original town center mixed-use developments, the Quarter sits on eight+ acres of prime real estate, located within one of Jackson’s upscale commercial and residential areas. The site boasts easy vehicular access along Highway 25 (Lakeland Drive) and is just to the east of Interstate 55. Shopping, eating, working, and living spaces all come together with a unique New Orleans flair.

The Quarter offers a variety of amenities including curbside parking, providing ease of access for perimeter storefronts; an internal ring road for easy vehicular circulation; interior courtyard space; and diverse services and mixed-use functions.

First City Servicing Corporation and CBRE Jackson have looked at re-energizing the brand and the center’s identity, while CDFL has provided a new master plan and additional consultation on other aspects of the facility.

An updated design palette was developed to serve as a reference point for future design decisions and modifications to the existing facilities and site. Additionally, the building’s façade will be refreshed and enhanced, without sacrificing the established New Orleans motif.
