What do you do at CDFL?
I begin my work on the front end of projects – working with the owners on their needs and dreams while helping them to understand what issues there might be with their job. I then work with our team to ensure quality control throughout the entirety of the project. Much of my work is as the liaison between our clients and our team. I make sure we stay on track with design and budgeting. My priority is to guarantee that our clients have a positive experience working with us.
What exciting thing are you working on right now?
We’re still working on the Cardiovascular Center at UMMC, which is really exciting. We’ve finally gotten to the point where you can begin to see the space develop and it’s always rewarding to see the work you’ve been doing take shape. I’m also working on Highlands Presbyterian Church, which has been enjoyable because of the team working on the project.
What is the best thing about working at CDFL?
The best thing about CDFL is the people I work with and the opportunity for lifelong learning.
